Sometimes avoiding a conflict seems impossible.

Sometimes, no matter how much we try, we enter in conflict with someone. And that is normal, because it happens that you give your best heart, you take the patience to listen, you try to control yourself…but that is just not enough. Because the other person may not have the same intentions. They may have a bad day for various reasons and that makes it easy to be moody. And when the meeting happens, conflict just happens.

There are two options here: you either fight it and burn energy for nothing or you don’t take it personally and move on. But since we’re humans, it’s hard sometimes to take the option number 2. And we get angry and it’s again normal. Important is what we feel in general when we think about it. Do we feel like all hell has broke loose or we just go with c’est la vie.
